How fast can you come out?
We respond the same day for leaks called in during working hours. We are open Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 7 pm. If you call late in the day, we set the first visit we can and walk you through keeping the water contained until then.
Do you work after 7 pm or on nights?
No. We do not run an after-hours service. If water starts coming in at night, follow our steps for a leak in progress, keep the area safe, and call or text us in the morning.
What areas do you serve?
Pine Bluff and neighborhoods within about 25 miles of our office on S Tennessee St, including Watson Chapel, Dollarway, Sulphur Springs, Pinebergen, Faith, Henslee Heights, Leitner, West End, Wilkins, Sorrells, Hooker and Ladd.
Do I get a price before you start?
Yes. After we find the leak, you get a written price for the repair. Nothing starts until you approve it.
How do I know the repair was actually done?
We send before and after photos of the repair to your phone. You can see the damaged spot and the finished work without climbing a ladder.
Can I text you a photo first?
Yes, and it helps. Text a photo of the stain, the drip or the roof to (870) 884-8129. Include your street or neighborhood.
What kinds of roofs do you fix?
Shingle roofs, metal roofs, flat and low-slope roofs, porches and carports, mobile home roofs and small commercial roofs.
Will you try to sell me a new roof?
Only if repairs no longer make sense, and we show you the photos so you can see why. Most leaks come from one or two spots that can be repaired.
Do you help with insurance claims?
We document the damage with photos and measurements you can send to your insurance company, and we explain what adjusters usually look for. We never pay or waive a deductible. That means billing the insurer more than the real cost, which can be treated as insurance fraud and can put your claim at risk.
Do you repair the ceiling inside too?
We handle roof water damage repairs such as stained or soft drywall after the leak is fixed. Ask when you call and we include it in the written price.
How do I pay?
Ask Jacob when you call. You approve the written price before work starts, so you know the amount ahead of time.
Is help available if I cannot afford the repair?
Some Pine Bluff homeowners qualify for city, USDA or nonprofit repair programs. Our page on help paying for a roof repair lists them with contact numbers.
